Mateusz Drela, CEO

Mateusz is an accomplished ad tech entrepreneur and the former CEO of Zeropark, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company to a $100M+ valuation and the subsequent sale to Team Internet. With over 15 years of experience in performance marketing, he has been at the forefront of innovations in real-time bidding, programmatic advertising, and media optimization technologies. His leadership has driven product development, international expansion, and commercial success across fast-evolving digital ecosystems. Beyond his executive roles, Mateusz has advised early-stage ventures on go-to-market strategy and growth, drawing on deep expertise in ad monetization, media acquisition, and user engagement. A graduate of the London School of Economics with an MSc in International Relations.

Jacek Chodźko, COO

Experienced management consultant with a 15 year career spanning financial services, technology, consumer and industrial. Has worked for a variety of public, private and private-equity backed clients across Europe, Asia and North America. Jacek brings hands-on experience in executive search, talent assessments, team building, board effectiveness and organizational development, helping companies secure and develop leadership capabilities aligned with strategic goals. Currently in charge of operations, finance, HR and strategy. Passionate about adtech, martech and broader technology. In his previous life, Jacek mentored over a dozen start-ups in Poland and CEE through his pro bono work as part of InCredibles and Start-up Hub Poland programmes. Graduate of the University College London with a BA in Business, Economics and East European Studies and a MSc in International Political Economy.

Petr Misek, CSO

Petr Misek is a seasoned business development leader with over 15 years of experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, domain monetization, and performance marketing. He has held senior roles across the industry, including as Vice President of Business Development at a leading commerce media technology company, where he led domain monetization initiatives and U.S. business development while helping brands and agencies scale sales through innovative commerce media solutions. Petr currently leads the global sales team at RMIQ and is the founder of the food brand banh-mi-ba. He is a frequent speaker at major industry events, including MediaPost’s Search and Performance Insider Summit and CommerceNext in New York. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Lancaster.

Jim Grace, Senior New Business Director

Jim Grace is an accomplished executive specializing in digital retail media and performance marketing. He recently joined Retail Media IQ (RMIQ) to spearhead business development and product innovation across North America, helping brands and agencies navigate the evolving retail media landscape with confidence and clarity. With a unique blend of experience from both the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and adtech sectors, he has consistently helped brands unlock growth by blending data-driven insights with creative execution. His expertise spans campaign strategy, media optimization, and partner development—resulting in lasting business impact and strong client relationships. Jim is based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Jan Żywczak, CTO

Jan Żywczak is an innovative technology executive who shapes the company’s technological vision and strategy. Formerly in senior engineer roles within Codewise and Ocado, bringing a unique blend of adtech and retail experience to RMIQ. Jan has been instrumental in launching RMIQ’s MVP and championing next-generation AI agents for autonomous campaign optimization. His leadership in tech strategy, team execution, and platform innovation has helped position RMIQ at the edge of retail media. Earlier career in medtech where he was working on histopathology automation, making cancer diagnoses faster, safer and more reliable. Jan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków as well as Doctorate of Philosophy in Law from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.

Tomasz Pałucki, Senior Software Engineer

Tomasz is a senior developer, a tech architect and an inventor. Brings over a decade of development experience from banking, fintech and telecommunications. Strong international experience from HSBC where he was working on integration with the Open Banking Standard for the UK market. Graduate of AGH University of Krakow with a Master of Software Engineering.

Tomasz Szymula, Senior Software Engineer

Tomasz is a senior software engineer with over 13 years of development experience, blending entrepreneurial spirit and passion for gaming. As the first backend developer at Reality Games, he has a proven track record in early-phase startups. He has also built the backend for Blackout Age, a geolocation MMO with 1M+ downloads. Tomasz applies his data-driven mindset and passion for innovation to managing retail media campaigns. He holds a Computer Science degree from AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.

Ralph Fascitelli

Ralph Fascitelli, Advisory Board Director

Ralph Fascitelli started and ran what was the fastest growing ad agency in the western half of the US called Imagio which had offices in Seattle, SF, and Amsterdam. Its clients included Microsoft, CVS.com, Nvidia, Intel, Nautilus, Bank of America, Expedia, and DocuSign among others He has held executive marketing positions with P&G, Heinz, and WPP. He has also created and directed the business and marketing strategy for five different clients that made the INC 500 list of fastest growing companies in the US. He is a graduate of Yale with a masters in finance and marketing from UCLA where he was also captain of the graduate school rugby team. 

Philip Carls

Philip Carls, Advisory Board Director

Philip Carls has deep expertise in pricing, analytics, and marketing across retail and e-commerce. At Walmart, he designed the pricing strategy that helped establish the company as the largest U.S. grocer, as well as led the first marketing tests which led Walmart to shift to digital. At Symantec, he drove a 10% increase in global revenue through pricing optimization. As Head of EU Pricing at Amazon, he led the company’s largest profit initiative in 2022, adding over $250M annually. Most recently, he was VP of Pricing and Assortment at AUTODOC. His approach combines data science, cross-functional rigor, and real-world GTM understanding to deliver pricing outcomes that stick.

Kristin Knight, Advisory Board Director

Kristin Knight was the Founding CEO of Filter Digital, one of the first successful digital agencies in the US and one of the earliest female leaders in this area. Filter delivered tailor-made solutions to help execute diverse digital initiatives with greater speed, impact and efficiency. The company’s radical focus and pioneering approach continues to drive its growth and success—and enables clients like Google, Facebook, Apple, Microsoft, Nike, REI, Amazon, T-Mobile to achieve timely and transformative results. She is a career entrepreneur, founding and growing a leading brand in the digital creative talent space and being at the forefront of the evolution of how creative work is done.
